What acne treatment is the best of the best?

well i wouldnt describe it as acne but o well..umm what product works best? my skin is sensitive and it is not too oily its not really bad acne its just little pimples u know not BIG ones and now that i mention it I have little pimples on my back too and I want to get rid of it!..so I want to use one that works the best… any ideas??

It sounds like you may have blackheads or an allergic reaction to something. In order to get rid of it, you will need to do a little more exploring. For now, I would just change how I wash my face and use hypoallergenic cleansers. Body acne is another thing and may require a visit to the dermatologist.
